After downloading this app first login your telegram account by using your phone number.Now look our step by step guide to change the storage location to sd card

Step 1 : Select Plus settings from left side menu bar

 

Step 2 : In plus settings select Shared Media

 

Step 3 :  Now select P7.2 Select Storage Option

 

 

Step 4 : Now select external storage , Then click Ok

Now you can download files from telegram to your external storage
